The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have helped to lower the number of accidents and fatalities in the workplace and the statisitics are improving each year. There is one such troubling area though by the name mesothelioma that is causing more and more deaths each year. As noted, the number of workplace mesothelioma fatalities is unfortunately on the rise each year and there just has to be hope that medical advances in the near future can help to control this dangerous disease. At this time though, little can be done to minimise the troubling cases that keep mounting up and little data is available on the chances of beating this disease if it is caught at an early stage, that itself would be difficult due to the signs taking their time to manifest.
